We want to ensure that our customers feel completely satisfied with their purchases. That's why we offer a hassle-free Refund Policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Even if it has been more than 30 days, we still offer the same quality guarantee and will gladly replace any defective products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at cs@memoriplanet.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You must contact us before returning any items. Any item return without pre-notice will be rejected,and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof too refund or replace the product. We will refund fully, undamaged products in their original packaging.

We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

• Items you have already assembled
• Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
• Open Box Items

Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:

• Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, room of choice, etc.)

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution. And we provide free exchange service.

Once Memoriplanet accepts the customer’s refund/return and exchange request, we will send our refund address to the customer.

Return Shipping Fee

You need to bear the freight incurred when returning the goods.

Exchanges
We make every attempt to provide you with a replacement product that is the same as the item purchased. However, Memoriplanet reserves the right to provide you with a replacement product of a similar style or a substitute equivalent that may not be of the like kind (depending on availability). In the event we cannot provide you with the same product as a replacement, we will notify you immediately and ensure you agree with the replacement product. Customers are fully responsible for shipping and handling charges for exchanges, as well as the difference in cost of the products.

Cancelling Or Amending Orders Too maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, we recommend that customers confirm the required products and related order information twice as much as possible when purchasing.

We will contact relevant departments immediately after receiving your email or phone call within working days to inquire about order processing and transportation.

If possible, we will cancel the order or modify certain information in the order.
Any unwanted items after your order has been placed must be returned for a refund (please see the ”Refunds” section above). Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Once the product enters the manufacturing process or is delivered to the logistics company for transportation, refunds are not supported. You need to contact Memoriplanet for a refund or return after receiving the product.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Processed refunds are completed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.)
