How do I resize my watch band?

What’s the material of this watch bands?

Does the color of the watch band last? Does it easily lose its color?

Our factory has nearly 30 years of history and each watch band is carefully crafted through artisans. It takes more than 150 hand steps to complete a band and more than 10 rounds of strict quality checks. Please rest assured that the band will not easily lose its color.

Is this brand of watch comfortable to wear?

Yes, our watch bands are made of high quality 304 stainless steel, which is relatively light and thin for comfortable daily wear. The polished inner surface ensures a soft feel against the skin.

Is the stainless steel band easy to be allergic?

All stainless steel watch bands have a slight element of nickel in them, so if you have very sensitive skin, then I'm sorry that stainless steel watch bands are not for you.
In addition, the wrist area is very wet after sweating and your wrist will also breed a lot of bacteria and you will feel itchy in the sweaty area. So it is recommended to clean your skin and watch band frequently so that you can prevent skin irritation caused by dirt impurities rust.

How do I care for my watch band?

For stainless steel watch bands, we recommend cleaning with a soft cloth and mild soap.

Shipping Questions
How long does it take to ship my order?

Generally, orders are shipped within 1 working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.
Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

How do I track my order?

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a shipment confirmation containing tracking information. You can also click here to check the logistics status of your order.

How long will it take for me to receive my package?

For Canada and the United States, it takes 5-8 business days. For other countries, it takes 4-10 business days. Of course, this time depends on your location.
